Lugenbuhl formed in the Shenandoah Valley in September 2002.
A huge room with a piano and a guitar amp when two members Aidean. and Joe Luckinbill first played together. It was instant musical chemistry, with similar influences like jazz, blues, indi and progressive music styles, a common vision, at the same time, near opposite strengths musically and lyrically. Like yin and yang, sweet and sour, complementing each others styles. Other players from Shenandoah and the east coast that later contributed to live shows, recordings and events are:
